We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, non-intimidating and most importantly fun environment to train here at 96 Training. In order for us to continue to do so, we ask all of our members to follow the below Code of Conduct.
Not only will this help us to remain a positive and happy place to come workout, but it will also ensure that all our users and staff stay safe!
- All customers will have an initial 1:1 evaluation. Most will take place during the sign-up process, but in certain circumstances we may need a further assessment or seek for professional advice.
- Appropriate and clean clothing, including footwear must be worn at all times.
- All jackets, bags and valuables must be left in one of the cubby holes or hangers provided. Please note we are not liable for any of your personal belongings.
- No spectators are allowed on the gym floor, however you’re more than welcome to make use of the seating in reception areas while waiting.
- Gym equipment is to be used for its intended purpose only. Making sure to report any equipment faults to the staff on duty.
- When asked please wipe down the kit after use and return to it’s place (everything has a place and by doing so it makes it a much nicer experience for everyone).
- 96 Training operates a zero-tolerance policy for foul and abusive language towards staff or other members.
- No food to be consumed on the gym floor, or any use of glass bottles or cans allowed.
- Please make sure that any hand towels or rubbish are placed bins provided.
- No smoking, use of E-cigarettes/Vapes or any illegal drugs is permitted in or on the site.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct by any member may result in immediate cancellation of the remaining membership without refund.
Remember: for your own safety and others, if you see something or have concerns, always say something to a member of the team.
